Bonallack & Bishop
Bonallack & Bishop are one of Salisbury’s fastest-growing and most innovative Solicitors.
The firm continues to grow and currently has around 65 staff. We represent clients both locally and nationwide. We take recruitment and training extremely seriously. For example, we set up our own Accelerated Development Programme for law graduates to provide them with structured training and rapid progression into running their own files.
In addition we regularly take on team administrators with no previous experience for their first office job and provide on-the-job training.
So, whether you have just left school after finishing your A-levels, you are looking for paid work experience over the summer, or you’re a law or LPC graduate looking for your 1st paralegal position, we offer a number of options.
We are currently not offering any apprenticeships, but we regularly offer the following opportunities:
1. We welcome applications from local people who are looking for their first legal job and want to find a firm who will take their training and development seriously. The majority of roles suitable for those without previous legal or office experience are team administrators – but we also have vacancies from time to time in accounts and reception, where full training is provided.
2. We regularly have vacancies for an inexperienced law or LPC graduates to join our Accelerated Development Programme with a view to qualifying as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
3. Every year we provide formal paid work experience over the summer – suitable for A-level leavers or undergraduates

Here at Bonallack and Bishop, we do not have a formal recruitment cycle. But we have regular vacancies which are always clearly set out on a website. We are also happy to take speculative applications from local law or LPC graduates who are looking for a paralegal position – even if we don't have a current vacancy, we are happy to keep their details on file until a suitable role becomes available.
