Established in 1798, R. Moulding & Co. (Salisbury) Ltd is a family owned and managed construction firm based in South Newton near Salisbury. We are one of the South’s leading residential building firms and have a superb reputation within the southwest of England for working on some of the area’s most prestigious listed properties. We have our own joinery workshop and are one of the few specialist companies in the region that has the scale and skills to deliver the range and quality of work we do.

Our head office is in South Newton, and our sites are generally within a 50 mile radius of Salisbury. We currently have a few long term projects based just on the outskirts of Salisbury
It helps if you are able to drive, so you can travel to site, but for those that don't drive, we can review the possibility of van sharing.
We aim to have at least 2 trade apprentices start in September and this year we also have opportunities for Finance and Human Resources apprentices to join our busy Head Office team. We look to interview around June each year.
Our successful trade applicants will be offered paid work over the summer prior to their apprenticeship starting in September to provide some on-site experience.
All our apprentices will have an experienced mentor to help with their learning and development.
We currently have two 12 month internship/placement opportunities for 2023/24 for an Assistant Contracts Manager and Assistant Construction/Site Manager – please see our website for further details.
We are sometimes able to offer trade work experience.
We are recognised and accredited as a Real Living Wage employer and as a local employer we often sponsor local events and activities.
